My report helped me to understand myself, for the first time in my life. It helped me realise that I was not broken, I was exactly who I was born to be.
My family conditioned me to believe there was a fault within me because I felt everything so intensely and I suppressed myself, believing that I was flawed in the way I think and feel. I now realise that the way I think and feel is my superpower to deal with life in a productive way that is fitting to my soul and my heart not anyone else’s. We are each unique and we must see and acknowledge our own uniqueness in order to find the best life for ourselves.
